We came home from our trip and our tomato plants had literally exploded with tomatoes! I have been eating tomato sandwiches like no tomorrow and handing out tomatoes to anyone I come in contact with, but I still have about a thousand. Jeff has an awesome salsa recipe he makes, but we need some more ideas! A canning recipe anyone? Sauce? HELP! I don't want them to go to waste.
