Oh the Fanciness!!
Today was a fancy day for Miss Lizzie Mei. She was able to wear a princess dress to school. She earned a purple tiara from Rachel, her speech therapist, for finishing her "Good Work" chart. Then to top off the fancy day, she and I went and had manicures and pedicures together. Jeff had given me a "Mom & Daughter" manicure and pedicure for my birthday and today seemed to be the day to use it. Lizzie seems to be a natural when it comes to high maintenance girly upkeep. She sat still for the whole event, or as still as one could expect a 3 year old to sit, as her manicure had to be repaired a couple of times after she played with her dress a bit. All in all, it was a very fun hour for Lizzie and me. This might have to become a birthday tradition.
