Last Bit of Summer Fun

Cousin Charlie came to visit for a week.

It was fabulous, especially for Lizzie.

We were dropping Miss Kate off at Grandma and Grandpa's before we headed down to our annual Laguna Beach vacation.

Charlie and Nana came with us for a couple of days.

Then we met my brother, sister-in-law, & nephew for two days of Disneyland!!

I think we almost broke Ed & his family dragging them all over Disneyland.

They were very good sports, but surely thought we were nuts.

When we do Disneyland...we go for it.  As Yoda says, "You do or not do...there is no try."

We're there when it opens and moving the whole day...strategizing for maximum rides and with minimum lines.

Whining and crying is deeply frowned upon.

Caffeine and sugar is highly promoted.

Luckily, Ed and his family had a couple more days of Disneyland without his insane sister and family to do it in a more relaxed Texas style.

After a lovely ten days with Charlie and three days with Ed, Natalie & Xander we said goodbye and started the rest of our vacation.

We were pretty tired too.

It was a relaxing few days.
