Cooper's team, United, ended their fourth season together in 3rd place at this year's end the of season Jamboree. After two losses yesterday we entered the second day of tournament play today thinking we would not make it to the final round. But these guys surprise every time! They played amazing this morning and somehow found themselves with enough points to eek into the consolation game. The final game was tough and very exciting to watch! Cooper scored the goal that tied the game and sent them into overtime and then double overtime! And in the last two to three seconds (literally) Cooper's best buddy Sam scored the winning goal! It was so exciting!!! Cooper and Sam are two of the hardest working little players you could ever meet and they play so hard every week, but are not usually the "heroes" of the game. It was great to see them have their moment today.
